Torte Napoleon was adapted into the Russian cuisine years ago from the French and has since become a favorite dessert recipe for many bakers. This is my version; 8 inches, 8 individually baked puff pastry layers with alternating layers of Bavarian Cream. Over 4 pounds of goodness! Available with vanilla, chocolate or pistachio cream. Decorated to your specifications (see variation ideas below).
