Here is my version of Lemon Torte. Rich and buttery, 8 inches, 4 pounds, 3 individually baked sponge cake layers with fresh raspberries (optional) in the layers, and filled between layers with Elena’s Kitchen version of lemon / vanilla Bavarian Cream, and topped with lemon Swiss Meringue buttercream frosting and pure lemon curd. Decorated with fresh raspberries (optional) and shaved white chocolate. Serves 10+
